Nintendo and Intelligent Systems Announce Fire Emblem Heroes Update 7.9.0
Nintendo and Intelligent Systems are preparing to launch the highly anticipated update 7.9.0 for Fire Emblem Heroes. This update will bring a host of exciting new features, including new skills for Mythic Heroes, additional weapons to refine, and much more. Let’s dive into the full details of what players can expect from this update.
New Skills for Mythic Heroes
Two Heroes, Mirabilis: Daydream and Hel: Death Sovereign, will receive new skills as part of the update. These skills will enhance their abilities and provide new strategic options for players. Here are the details of the new skills:
- Assist Skill – Whimsical Dream+: Grants an additional action to the target ally. Provides Atk+6 and “neutralizes foe’s bonuses during combat” to the target ally and allies within 2 spaces of the target ally. Inflicts Atk-6 on the nearest foes within 5 spaces of the target ally and any foe within 2 spaces of those foes through their next actions.
- B Skill – Chill Def/Res 3: At the start of the turn, inflicts Def/Res-6 on the foe with the highest Def+Res total on the enemy team and foes within 2 spaces of that foe through their next actions.
- A Skill – Distant Pressure: Allows the unit to counterattack regardless of the foe’s range. At the start of combat, if the unit’s HP is ≥ 25%, grants Spd+5 during combat. However, after combat, if the unit attacked, it will take 5 damage.
- C Skill – Inevitable Death+: Allows the unit to move to any of the nearest spaces adjacent to a foe within 4 spaces of the unit. Inflicts Atk/Spd/Def/Res-5 on foes within 2 spaces of the unit during combat. If the unit’s Spd is higher than the foe’s Spd, it neutralizes effects that guarantee the foe’s follow-up attacks and effects that prevent the unit’s follow-up attacks during combat.
Additionally, both Mirabilis: Daydream and Hel: Death Sovereign will receive new weapon skills to refine. Players should check the “New weapons to refine are being added” section in conjunction with the new skills to fully utilize these Heroes’ potential.
