However, they will still be able to play co-op online.

Furthermore, the Xbox Series S will support cross-save progression, allowing fans to access their characters across Steam, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S. This is particularly beneficial for Series S users who travel with their console and use the Series X at home. While it may be a compromise, it is likely a feature that many fans can live with.

Vincke did not provide an exact release date for Baldur’s Gate 3 on Xbox, but with approximately four months remaining in the year, fans can expect this news relatively soon.
