Atlus Releases ‘The Persona Collection’ Bundle on PS5

Out now on PS5.

Head on over to the PlayStation Store today and you may notice that Atlus has just released something called ‘The Persona Collection’. It’s a digital bundle that includes Persona 5 Royal, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 3 Portable. It’s priced at $89.99 / £72.99, which is obviously less than what you’d pay if you bought the three titles separately (when they’re not discounted, at least).

From what we can tell, the bundle includes the PS5 version of Persona 5 Royal, while the other two games are on PS4.

What’s in the Bundle?

Let’s take a closer look at what you’ll get in ‘The Persona Collection’:

  • Persona 5 Royal: The latest installment in the legendary Persona series, Persona 5 Royal takes players on a thrilling journey through the lives of high school students who moonlight as powerful Phantom Thieves. With enhanced visuals, new characters, and additional story content, this definitive edition of Persona 5 is a must-play for fans of the series.
  • Persona 4 Golden: Originally released on the PlayStation Vita, Persona 4 Golden is a beloved entry in the Persona franchise. Join Yu Narukami and his friends as they unravel the mysteries behind a series of supernatural murders in the small town of Inaba. Featuring engaging characters, a captivating story, and memorable gameplay mechanics, Persona 4 Golden is a fan-favorite.
  • Persona 3 Portable: The PSP version of Persona 3, Persona 3 Portable offers a portable experience of one of the most critically acclaimed entries in the series. Step into the shoes of the protagonist and navigate the dark enigma known as Tartarus, battling sinister creatures known as Shadows. With multiple endings and the ability to control your party members, Persona 3 Portable delivers an immersive and unforgettable adventure.

Value for Money

‘The Persona Collection’ bundle offers great value for money. Purchasing these three games individually at their regular price would cost significantly more than the bundle’s $89.99 / £72.99 price tag. By opting for the bundle, players can save money while experiencing the diverse and enthralling stories that the Persona series has to offer.

For those who already own a PS5, the inclusion of the PS5 version of Persona 5 Royal adds an extra layer of appeal. With improved graphics and faster load times, playing this acclaimed RPG on Sony’s next-generation console will undoubtedly enhance the gameplay experience.

Furthermore, even if you don’t currently own a PS5, purchasing ‘The Persona Collection’ ensures that you’ll have access to all three games when you do eventually upgrade, making it a forward-thinking investment for fans of the series.

Atlus’ release of ‘The Persona Collection’ on the PlayStation Store provides an excellent opportunity for both new and existing fans of the Persona series to dive into the rich worlds and captivating narratives these games offer. With the inclusion of Persona 5 Royal on the PS5, the bundle becomes even more enticing, making it a worthwhile purchase for any RPG enthusiast.
