Enraged Red Ogre has just arrived on the Nintendo Switch, offering fans a thrilling new action platformer experience. With 17 minutes of gameplay footage now available, players can get a sneak peek at the exciting challenges that await them in this pixel-art style adventure.

A Tale of Yokai and Adventure

In a distant land, the yokai, supernatural creatures from Japanese folklore, have suddenly become uncontrollable, posing a threat to a small human village. But fear not, for Akaoni, a short-tempered red ogre residing in the village, has taken it upon himself to go on a rampage and defeat the yokai menace!

As players take control of Akaoni, they will embark on a thrilling journey filled with running, jumping, and bashing enemies with a trusty kanabō. Along the way, Akaoni will encounter Blu, a small onibi, who joins him for selfish reasons but proves to be a valuable ally. Blu grants Akaoni the ability to absorb elemental essences from fallen enemies, enabling him to utilize the power of elements to overcome various challenges.
