Hey Xbox Insiders! Get ready for an exciting Xbox Update Preview coming to the Alpha ring. While some of the updates in this build may not be immediately noticeable in terms of UI changes, they are essential for ensuring a high-quality and stable build for Xbox consoles.

• Various updates have been made to ensure accurate localization across the console.

Known Issues

Audio

• Some users have reported intermittent audio issues across the dashboard, games, and apps. If you encounter audio problems, please submit feedback via the “Report a Problem” option, selecting the category “Console experiences” and “Console Audio Output Issues.” Provide as much detail as possible to help the Xbox team address the issue effectively.
• If you experience audio loss, please specify whether it is limited to a specific game/app or affects system audio as well. Additionally, mention any changes made to the audio format and whether rebooting resolves the issue. Share information about your setup and any additional details that could help reproduce the problem.

Keyboard Button Mapping for Xbox Controllers

• The “Learn More” button in the Xbox Accessories app is currently non-functional.
• If you change your keyboard language settings while the Xbox Accessories app is open, the change will be reflected after quitting the app or rebooting your console.

Manage Queue

• Recently installed titles may wrap to a second row unexpectedly. A fix for this issue is currently in progress.

Networking

• Investigations are underway regarding reports of consoles experiencing network connection issues during boot. If you encounter this problem, please report it via “Report a Problem” as soon as possible. A temporary workaround is to wait for a minute, allowing the connection to establish. If the console still doesn’t connect, restart it using the Power Center options.

Upload your Captures to OneDrive

• If you are backing up a large collection of captures (1000+), please be aware that it may take a while for all items to appear in OneDrive. Allow a few days for the process to complete.
