Twistex: A New Mixed Reality Puzzle Game for Quest and SteamVR

Gameplay and Modes
In Twistex, players are tasked with rotating a cylindrical grid to strategically fill it with various shapes. There are two exciting modes available at launch:
‘Ring Drop’ Mode
Are you ready for a fast-paced challenge? Then ‘Ring Drop’ mode is for you! Your objective is to fill an entire ring with blocks to clear it. But beware, if the blocks reach the top, it’s game over. So, think quickly and rotate the grid strategically to achieve your goal.
‘Color Drop’ Mode
If you prefer a slower-paced puzzling experience, ‘Color Drop’ mode is your best bet. Your task is to connect eight or more matching colors to clear that group. Take your time to plan your moves, create combos, and watch as the colors vanish before your eyes.
Both modes come with 24 levels, an endless mode, and three difficulty settings, ensuring you’ll never run out of challenges. And if you’re competitive by nature, you’ll be pleased to know that your scores can be shared on online leaderboards, allowing you to compete against players from around the world.
Immersive Features
Twistex leverages the power of the Oculus Quest to create a truly immersive gameplay experience. On Meta Quest, the game supports passthrough for mixed reality gameplay, allowing you to blend the virtual and real worlds.
