World of Warcraft Patch 10.2 Introduces New Dragonriding Content
World of Warcraft is set to release Patch 10.2, which will bring exciting new Dragonriding content to the game. Players can look forward to two new customizable mounts, the Flourishing Whimsydrake and the Grotto Netherwing Drake.
Flourishing Whimsydrake
The Flourishing Whimsydrake will be earned early on in the Guardians of the Dream campaign. This mount is perfect for characters with a fey-like or natural aesthetic. It features butterfly-like wings, antennae, and a range of bold and rich color options. Players will have the opportunity to fully customize this mount to suit their preferences.
Grotto Netherwing Drake
The Grotto Netherwing Drake, originally obtainable from the Trading Post, will receive customization options in Patch 10.2. Players who missed out on obtaining it previously will have another chance to earn it through a quest. This shark-like mount can have its color, tail, horns, and more customized, making it a formidable and unique Dragonriding option.
In addition to the new mounts, Patch 10.2 will introduce various customization options for existing Dragonriding drakes. Players can collect new manuscripts from the Dream Wardens Renown track and other activities in the new patch. Defeating Fyrakk in the upcoming raid will grant players special customizations for the Renewed Proto-Drake, allowing them to transform their mount into different forms. Additionally, players can obtain Anu’relos, Flame’s Guidance, a fiery owl that is the first non-dragon mount able to use Dragonriding.
Guardians of the Dream will offer plenty of new Dragonriding racecourses, glyphs to collect, and two new abilities: Swift Skimming and Wind’s Respite. These additions will further enhance the Dragonriding experience for players.
World of Warcraft Patch 10.2 is sure to excite fans of Dragonriding. With new mounts, customization options, and thrilling gameplay features, players will have even more reasons to explore the vast world of Azeroth.
